Delivery Charges

All orders are either dispatched by Royal Mail First Class recorded post or Parcel Force Courier. All customers are required to sign on receipt. We retain full responsiblity for the goods being delivered to and arriving in a timely manner. We also provide a Special delivery option for urgent deliveries.

All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full). Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately, Cheque payments are not cleared for up to 14 days, you will receive an email notification when your order is approved for delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your package. If an order cannot be delivered the Post Office will keep it for five days, after that it will be returned to sender.

Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.

The basket will present you with the delivery options available and the price for each option, the system calculates the cost on the overall weight of the order, the chart below displays the postage rates.

Returns

Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.

All products carry a twelve month warranty. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. The customer should return it along with the order number and a description of the fault. If the product is faulty, we will pay for the postage to return it to us (return postage should be at reasonable cost). The delivery address for returns is:

All returned items should be sent recorded for the customers security.

A return address label is attached to each order with our returns address on it (see above).

Refunds and replacements will only be granted on goods that we deem to be faulty. If a returned product is found to be not faulty, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
